Why does this book have three different titles?
The original UK hardback edition of the book was published under the title Once Upon a Time, Upon a Nest. The UK publisher decided to use the title Ruby Flew Too! for the UK paperback edition. And the US publisher decided to use the title Ruby in Her Own Time for both the US hardback and paperback editions.
